100% all-natural raw, unpasteurized, local, wildflower honey. This artisanal honey is harvested by hand in small batches by the Torres family.

Honey is usually harvested in two seasons: spring/summer and summer/fall. Generally, depending on the flowers and nectar sources available for bees, summer honey is lighter and more floral. Fall honey is darker and more robust and flavourful.

It is not unusual to harvest light and dark honey from the same bee hive in any given season.

Our honey is never heated, maintaining its natural enzymes like diastase and invertase. Natural antioxidants and pollen are preserved from hive to table.

It is not recommended to feed unpasteurized honey to infants
